Our first move from Pennsylvania out to Utah was a complete disaster and we paid almost double what we paid for this move. The first move was through United Van Lines and there were so many broken and damaged items it was disgusting. Our items showed up dirty, cracked, chipped and just plain destroyed. This move was a business move and as much as we didn't want a moving company to move us, we had no choice due to the amount of items we had. It took us 2 long labor filled months reviewing and speaking with companies until we made our final decision to move with Americas Moving. Best part first, our quote was $12,300 for everything and our final total was $10,276.00 and after tipping Tim and the crew another $1000.00 it came to just over $11,000, $1,300 less then the quote. Our last move with United was $19,000 to have everything broken!!! Tim and all his help was the best, very professional and one of the nicest guys we ever met. Packed, loaded, drove 2,600 miles and unloaded us in 10 days when it took United almost 3 weeks to do almost the same exact move 2 years ago. We are not only thrilled with their services and happy to post this review, but we have already referred a family member and co-worker to them. They have our recommendation any day of the week

How a move should be

This company can teach many movers how to do things properly. I spoke with one of the owners of the company initially and he answered every question that I would have had before I even asked them, seriously, he knew exactly what to answer and told me things that even after 5 moves I never would have thought of or known about moving laws, regulations etc..... He promised me that his movers were the best in the moving industry and he definately delivered on his promise. His mover and his helper showed up a little late in the afternoon after getting stuck in traffic but always called me to give me updates. Robert showed up with his helper Kelly (yes a female and she was better than most men I have had move me) and they made my 3 bedroom house look like they were moving a studio apartment. They had everything wrapped in blankets and on the truck in a few hours when it took other moving companies in the past almost a entire day. They hired another man from a local van lines for loading help and he to was really good. He said they were driving straight through and would deliver my items within 3 days and I was expecting much longer than that. Overall I would rate this experience a 10 out of 10.

Great work!

My husband and I moved a few weeks back through americas moving company and used michael martin as our telephone estimator to figure out our quote and he did a great job calculating our price and he was within $250.00 of our final balance in our favor which was deducted off of our balance when they arrived to deliver because our weight was 1,000 lbs. less than the estimate. Communication was subperb, driver and helpers were great and the delivery was fast and easy. We would definately use this company and their agents again.

Great

Our experience was similar to the other reviews we read prior to moving through them. Courteous driver and office staff, the owner was able to answer our questions and even answered yesterday (labor day) to send us an itemized receipt so we could submit it to our work for reimbursment. Our estimated price was $6,800 but with the extra packing and weight it came to a little over $7,300. Driver and helper were great and although there was a language barrier with the driver (he was russian i believe) he was still very receptive and very friendly. We give them a really high rating due to the work they did and the timely fashion in which our items were delivered, 5 days from coast to coast. Great overall move.

So far Americas Moving Services has been awesome. The estimate is a little more than some of the others I had received, but they have given me confidence that the job will be done correctly. Demetrius is my point of contact and has yet to let me down.



I like that, although you give them credit card information over the phone, they will not charge your card until you sign and return an authorization form and contract.



They have a 3 day window to pick up my stuff, and I will update things as we go.



Again...They are so far, professional and prompt.

Great move

I highly recommend America's Moving Services! I had previously moved twice and both moves were disasters (one company stole my belongings). I was very skeptical about trusting movers, but Eric and the employees at America's Moving Services did a wonderful job! They spent at least a half-hour with me on the phone (twice!) answering my questions about the move. The moving company (All State Van Lines) had two great movers who came to pick up my belongings exactly at 9 am, were careful with my belongings, and wrapped up everything as requested. I will definitely use them again for my next move!

VERY GOOD MOVE

A LONG DISTANCE MOVE FROM PORTLAND, OREGON TO HOUSTON, TX ON MAY 27TH AND WAS DELIVERED ON JUNE 4TH WENT VERY WELL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 2 DINING ROOM CHAIRS HAVING THE LEGS BROKEN OFF AND IS CURRENTLY IN THE DAMAGE CLAIM STAGE. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WELL PLANNED OUT. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY REFERRED 2 FAMILY MEMBERS THAT WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICES IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Fantastic Move

I have moved up and down the east coast multiple times. After my

first move from Miami to Virginia, during which I used movers, I was

very disappointed with the whole industry. I therefore moved from

Virginia to NY myself with multiple UHaul Trailers. This was a very

tiresome and long experience.



My most recent move was from NY to Atlanta and I went with Americas

Moving Services. Admittedly, I was sceptical at first, however the

entire experience has been very eye opening and positive. Their

quote over the phone was only a couple of hundred pounds off

(probably due to the fact that I have a ridiculous amount of heavy

texts). I dealt directly with Eric and he was at all time extremely

professional, helpful and available.



The Pickup (Wednesday):

The three man team was late by only a few hours but they made up

the time in loading everything carefully and efficiently. The team was

courteous and willing to help pack the last few items. The team leader

contacted the delivery driver directly in front of me to confirm the

date of delivery (Sunday or Monday).



En route (Friday):

I received a phone call directly from the driver stating that he would

be there on Sunday afternoon between 1pm and 2pm. He told me

that the balance would have to be paid in terms of money order or

cash. However, I had already discussed using a Cashier's Check with

Eric previously. Again, not a problem. Eric called the driver and it

was all taken care of.



Delivery (Sunday):

At noon, the driver contacted me that he was an hour away. All items

were delivered carefully and efficiently. I have just finished unpacking

and so far I do not see ANY thing damaged. Quite impressive. I did

have to pay an additional Long Carry charge on delivery. However,

once I saw the distance we had to walk from the elevator, I would

have charged myself that!



Overall:



Extremely professional moving company for a reasonable rate. I will

likely be moving again in two years and hope that they are still

around. I have already recommended four other people to use their

services.

The difference between great and decent

I recently moved from a large 5 bedroom house in Santa Monica to a large 4 bedroom house in Washingto D.C and selected Americas Movers as my relocation company. I had 3 major companies come to my residence in California for visual estimates and they were all within a thousand or so dollars of each other all being in the $17,000.00 to $19,000.00 range. America's Moving Services on the other hand was $12,000.00 for the EXACT same services which I thought was impossible considering the price difference. Upon researching them and speaking with their representitive Michael and their Better BusinessBureau rating of an A, that is the company I chose considering the price break. All said and done, they were on time, sent 5 men to pack and load my items and worldly possesions on their truck and gave me a drop off windw of 4 and 6 days until they reach D.C 5 days later they did arrive and unloaded my items and since I had taken up nearly the full tractor trailer only my items and 1 other small move was on the truck. The moving crew did a subperb job unloading without any problems. That is the difference between the moving companies, the name is what you pay for.....America's Moving Services to me was as good as any of the large moving van lines I have spoken with in terms of honesty and service.

Good move

Our fifth move was a charm. Previous moves were paid for by the company my husband worked for, so all the packing, moving, and unpacking was paid for.

Granted, this time, we had to move cross country. We packed our own small items and had the movers pack the larger items. We had two weeks to do this before the moving truck came to our house to load the large furniture and heavy items.

Moving day was in mid February. We asked for three people to do the work. One decided what to move first. Another helped him take it out to the truck and the third one placed the items on the truck and carefully padded each piece of furniture with heavy pads. We found that if two people come with the truck, there is a lot of wasted time while one person protects the furniture and the other one waits until the second man can help move the furniture. At our present home, the walks were wet and dirty from heavy rains. The many trees on the property added to the debris on the driveway and walks. Without asking, the movers laid protective rugs and cloths over the floors of the house so that they would not track dirt and moisture inside. They were very careful with all the breakables such as mirrors, glass table tops, and marble table inserts that they took out and moved separately. They did not put scratches on any of the wood surfaces and not one item was damaged in any way. After the move, which is still a chore, we wrote the company a letter thanking them for the wonderful job they did. We would recommend this company to anyone. The cost was reasonable and they showed up on time.

They were very pleasant to work with and followed our suggestions on furniture placement. I cannot praise them too highly. Try them and see.

Excellent

My husband is in sales and had the opportunity to move to another state with a higher volume territory. He took the position and we moved. Since we had only been in Bozeman, MT, for one year, you can imagine I was not thrilled to be moving so soon, especially since we have teenage children. One condition I put on hubby was that I was not going to pack anything and wanted to have professional movers. Now, all the sales agents and managers are independent contractors so there really is not any sort of company funding for a move. Our State manager agreed to give us several thousand dollars to help pay for the move. The amount was basically enough to cover a U-Haul move, so we decided to splurge and we obtained quotes from professional movers. Here's my experience...and why I'll never move any other way!!



GETTING QUOTES



If you ever move with a professional moving company, make sure to get at least three quotes and make sure the quotes are from a company that is a Better Business Bureau accrecited business with no less than a B rating. I could not believe the amount of variance between quotes. I called three companies for quotes: North American Van Lines, Atlas (the company our corporation uses to move State managers), and America's Moving Services. Both Atlas and Allied quoted us over $9,000 for a full-pack move. They also did not guarantee any price, which means if the estimator did not estimate correctly we might have had to come up with extra money before the driver would unload our items. America's Moving Services was the lowest quote. The quote was about $1,500 less than the other two moving companies. Based on the fact that we were paying for some of the move, we decided to go with America's Moving. Our estimator was very friendly and efficient. He took all the information quickly and provided me with a quote that day. Once we decided to hire them, he was our relocation consultant and was with us the entire move making sure everything went well. He is now helping us deal with one minor issue that occured once we got to Tampa.



PACKING DAY



What a great day!! I had actually packed quite a few things...about half the house prior to the packers arriving. They were pleasantly surprised. I did leave all the icky, breakable stuff to their expertise. I did not pack anything in the kitchen, garage, clothes, kid's rooms, electronics, etc. I was able to save some money by packing up all the non-breakable items, so I did. One item to note on the insurance that comes with your move. If you pack the item and it breaks, it is not covered by the insurance, so make sure to let them pack anything you feel you might not be able to pack well.



Our packers were AWESOME! There was a group of three guys and they were busy beavers. They had my whole house packed up in less than one day. They probably could have done even more, but they sort of spread out their day with a leisurely lunch and several breaks. They were very careful with the items and labeled all the boxes properly. I am still unpacking; however, not one single item has been broken or damaged in this move. I am thoroughly impressed with my packers. The only down-side is I have TONS AND TONS of packing paper to get rid of now, but that's ok with me. All my precious items are intact and as beautiful as ever.



LOADING DAYS



The packers came on a Friday, so the truck, driver, and loaders came on Monday and Tuesday. We originally scheduled them to come on Tuesday, but due to time constraints, our consultant asked if we could do a two-day load.



The way the loading and unloading is handled is the driver is the supervisor of the loaders/unloaders. Matthew, our driver, was FABULOUS!!! He came through the house and took a visual inventory of what we had, then came up with a plan for the loaders. He told them what to do and they did it with skill and ease...and some heavy breathing with the heavy items from upstairs. They had entire downstairs loaded by about 3:00 p.m. Monday. They decided to complete the upstairs on Tuesday, which was done by about 1:00 p.m. Away Matt went with our stuff. He was going to be to our place in Tampa, Sunday morning and would call us on Sunday. As promised, he called on Sunday to get specific directions and said he would see us in about 5 hours!



UNLOADING DAY



Matt arrived Sunday afternoon as promised. He had two unloaders with him and they began the unloading process. I was very surprised at the detail this company provided inventory-wise. When the items were loaded, every single box or item was stickered with an inventory tag and listed on a sheet. When they unloaded the truck, I was in charge of checking off each number to make sure it arrived. They unloaded the truck by about 9:00 p.m. with only a few issues. There are a couple dings in our stairwell, which we will need to get repaired and we also believe there was a theft of two Ipods from the teenagers' rooms. We are working with our consultant on those issues, and it should not be an problem, as we did have insurance purchased. Other than those two minor issues, the move was PERFECT!!



IN MY HUMBLE OPINION



I would NEVER move by myself again! We have used the U-Haul method about seven times prior to this move and it is just SOOOOO stressful and a big pain!! Even though the price of this move was $7200, it was WELL WORTH IT!! I had relatively little stress and did not have to pack anything I did not want to. My husband did not have a sore back from lifting 2800 square feet of boxes and furniture, and we did not have to impose on friends and family to help us! It was all done for us! I would recommend professional moving to ANYONE!!!

America's Moving Services moved my family from North Carolina to Ohio in September, and I have to say they did an outstanding job. We were initially contacted via email by Stephen, a sales rep at America's Moving Services. After we received an email explaining their services, we called in to get a more specific quote. Stephen was so great. He went over an inventory list with my wife and I, explained all of the services that were included and what we could add additionally if we wanted to. We opted to add full value insurance coverage and packing of our china.



We were so comfortable with everything that Stephen told us, that we went ahead and placed our reservation. Stephen assured us that our price was locked in and would not increase and that we had secured the dates that we requested for the move. We still had two weeks before the actual move was to take place. In that two week period, we made a few changes to our inventory and packing requests and Stephen gladly helped.



On the day of pickup, the driver called at 9am to let us know he would be arriving within the hour. When the crew arrived (three guys total) they were so nice and helpful. They did a great job packing our china and taking great care of our furniture as they loaded it onto the moving truck. The driver said he would be arriving in Ohio two days later and to plan accordingly.



On the delivery end, the crew arrived about thirty minutes earlier than they had planned (which was great). They placed all of our furniture where we told them and even unpacked our china for us!



Overall, we were so nervous about moving and we had heard so many horror stories about a long distance move. This was one of the best reliefs I have ever felt. I hope that anyone reading this will contact America's Moving Services if you are moving and you will be very pleased.

As for our experience with america's moving services with our move in January, it was nothing short of perfect. The initial bid was for $3000.00 to move us from Tampa, FL to Bergen county, N.J and that was before we opted for packing of boxes. With packing services our total came to $3,600.00 all inclusive and the move itself was great. The movers were total pros and went about their job as such. Our delivery was a little longer than we would have liked at 5 days but that was understandable. Overall, great move and this is our recommendation for america's moving services

i was moving from chicago area to new york city through americas moving and they did very great move with poacking and handling my items the timeframe for which delivery was not acceptable. it taking them over 6 days for delivery time. i starting new job and need my stuffs to be delivered and they call me telling me 6 days which is not what i wanted. i cannot complain on damages and the workers working bvery hard but i expected to be faster for deliver.

excellent services

I work for a national corporation in based out of Manhattan and have used this company since April of 07 for 3 moves for myself and over 25 moves for colleagues within my firm and to date have had no issues that have not been corrected and handled in a professional manner. For the most part the only issues were timing matters that were resolved and with almost 30 corporate moves between us I can honestly say that this is an extremely honest and professional organization which has earned our repeated business and continues to take care of both myself and co workers on a monthly basis and is currently handling 3 moves for us. I highly recommend Americas Moving Services for their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make their clients (although difficult clients at times) happy.

This company is the best company that I have moved with. I have moved 4 times over 10 years and this was the best one yet. I was moved by a major moving lines 3 years ago from New York to Nebraska and the weight was almost similar and the price was far more and they did a subpar job. These guys were so helpful and professional over the phone and even better in person on pick-up and delivery days. I am very satisfied with the move though the pick-up was done very late in the evening and I had to call the pick-up guys 5 times before they actually showed up. I am very happy with the move done by americas moving services and the pricing that I paid for my move from San Diego CA to Baltimore, MD last month. They were professional and very very efficient.

Everything was great

From start to finish these guys took really good care of us. I was sold on their honest evaluation of my items and when the movers showed up they really packed everything professionally and everything arrived at my new apartment in great condition with the exception of a lamp that broke which is being handled by their claims department. I only was covered for .60 per pound or something but they said they have sent me a check for a new lamp for $50.00 which is very cool. I would use them again and enjoyed doing business with them.

Great finish

When we contracted with America's Moving Services our sales rep Michael explained to us that there was a 2 day pick up window in our case it was the 21st or 22nd and we recieved a call from the driver on the 20th stating that he may be running a day late due to the previous customer was unable to meet them at the new apartment for an extra day. We were quite upset but after speaking with Howard the owner he put us at ease and explained we would be compensated and he apologized profusely. Well, the drivers did show up first thing in the morning on the day late and all I can say is when they did arrive they were incredible and if I had known the movers were that good I would've been ok if they were a month late. They saw that alot of our boxes had been packed improperly and they repacked the boxes at no additional charge and just did everything so professionally it was a pleasure to work with them. Shane and mark were the movers and we were equally pleased to see them 3 days later for our delivery in Maryland and to also find out that our weight was 700 lbs. less and we owed less money than originally quoted (it worked out to $150.00 less and we tipped that to the driver along with an additional $50.00 and man I never saw someone so grateful as these guys. I am so happy that I decided to move through america's moving services and they have gained a customer and supporter for life and that is no joke. This company is one that you should definately consider for your move and I can attest to that.

I was moved on December 14th from CT-MO by americas moving services and they did an excellent job. The pricing was on the higher end of most of the quotes I got from the other moving companies from the moving site I signed up on but the reviews were great and Chris did a great job of walking me through the process. In the end the driver and workers were great, my price didn't deviate from the estimate and the delivery was smooth. I would recommend americas moving services to anyone.

I wanted to praise both yourmovingday.com and America's Moving Services for their help with our recent relocation from Nebraska to Wyoming. My wife and I went online in September to getamover.com and were inundated with emails and phone calls from roughly 20 moving companies for our move on December 3rd. We checked out all of the companies that contacted us and out of the 20 or so companies roughly 15 of them had alot of negative reviews about them which sent us to plan B. We started our search again and found a website called moverreviews.com in which yourmovingday was the top rated company and decided to contact them for quotes. Moving day, the driver showed up early which was good and packed and loaded the truck and were on their way, the drive Mark and his helper Fernando were truly awesome and really nice guys. My move from New Jersey to Ohio

After entertaining bids from numerous moving companies and moving brokers I decided to move through americas moving services. They sounded honest and they were very informative and answered all of my questions. They also told me alot of things most of the others failed to mention including hidden fees to watch out for which was ridiculous to hear that companies actually operate the way some of them do. All I can say is that they did a great job for a great price and my parents are moving from New Jersey to Florida and have also set up their move with americas moving services and they will definately let you know how their move goes at the beginning of January. Hopefully it is as good as mine was.

Fantastic company

Of all the moving quotes I recieved and phone calls and emails I fielded I was most impressed with americas moving services and the way that Eric handled himself during the quoting process. He explained everything in great detail. Most of the other companies did not mention 75% of what he did and I felt comforatable with him and his company so I decided to roll the dice and reserve his services for October 15th or 16th pick up at my home in St. Louis,Missouri and they told me that they could have me delivered by the 22nd in Oregon as I needed my belongings for my new job. While they did not guarantee it they stated that the truck was picking me up then delivering a customer in Idaho and I would be the next delivery so 6 days should not be a problem. When they showed up at my house the movers and packers were awesome and fast. And as promised they delivered me in 4 days which was really a surprise and did a great job again during the unloading process. This company is very honest and maintained great communication throughout and they have one happy customer and I would recommend using this company when moving. Thanks again.

Very good move

Superior service

I cant speak for anyone other than myself but what I can say is that our move was flawless in almost every sense. The only issue we had was the amount of days it took to deliver but we were told beforehand that it could be up to 14 days going cross country. It actually took 12 days which was a little longer than we hoped for but everything else was great. Bill and Andy were great guys and very friendly and I cannot say enough about the way they handled our belongings. When we were delivered they were great on that end too. I would use this company again and hope that others using americas moving services recieve the same move we did if only in a shorter delivery time. Good luck with your move.

Hard workers

The moving crew was very hard working and did a great job. My estimated weight was 6,000 lbs. and my actual weighing was 7,100 lbs. so it was 1,100 lbs. more weight and made my price increase by $550.00 which was not the happiest day of my life but I was there at the weighing station so I know it was acurate. Overall this company was great and did a great job for my move. I would definately use this company again.

Great company

This was my 4th move in the last 10 years and it was literally the best move I have had. My last move was 2 years ago which my company had paid for and we used a local Bekins agent and while they did a very good job, the cost was over $9,000.00 This move my company only covered $5,000 and the rest of the moving expenses would cost me out of pocket so obviously I could not afford to pay 4,000 or more myself. I found yourmovingday.com which referred me to America's Moving Services and Chris my estimator was professional,polite and knowledgable. My moving estimate through America's Moving Services was just over $6,500 which only made me responsible for roughly $1,500.00 which I could handle. The move was under the estimated weight and they used less packing supplies which made the cost of the final move $6,147 I am a happy camper and would and will use America's Moving services if I move again.

Great moving service

I moved with americas moving services in November and I am writing this post to thank them for making my moving experience a great success. I hope this review helps for other people seeking a moving service on their move.

100 Times YES!

I want to thank America's Moving Services and Michael Martin for the WONDERFUL job they did with the move of my 75 year old mother-in-law. This was no ordinary move the woman has 100 years worth of stuff that was moved from Oregon to Missouri(and she didn't want to leave one single nail). I'll try to make this short, we didn't know how much stuff she had until my husband arrived 2 days before the movers, then we found out that an estimated 9000lb move(based on how much stuff could a little old lady have!) would be 25000lbs. Michael and the team at America's didn't even flinch or stutter-step, they got the order increased, a few more guys and were still at the house on time, accomplished a FULL pack on a 52ft semi in two days and off they went....however many miles later, the semi showed up, unpacked into 3 storage units in about 6 hours. It's not cheap to move across the country with 25,000lbs and 2 vehicles but we chose America's based on Michael's honesty about looking into all the different moving companies and the more than reasonable quote from the very beginning. I would use America's Moving Services everytime. Just ask for Michael Martin...he's the man!

America's Moving Services ROCKS!

I had never used a mover before and poor Chris was subject to lots of questions and calls. He reassured me several times that he'd take care of me, and he really did. Brian also answered many questions. I can't thank them enough!!!



America's Moving Services did just what they promised. They got me moved from MN to WI in under a day with just one casualty. A mover man accidentally dropped a box when a handle ripped...one lone bowl broke. No big deal at all. FYI, I packed my own boxes and cut my own handles in the boxes, so I may have inadvertently caused the problem myself.



The movers arrived EARLY (I could hardly believe it) and had everything in the truck in under 3 hours. They kept in contact with me via cell phone and made sure to tell me when the were near to my new apartment. They arrived at about 8 p.m., unpacked, and were gone before 11. Talk about hard-working men! Plus, they took extra care to keep the carpet clean (a big deal, considering the carpet is cream-colored). I couldn't believe that I was completely moved in less than a day.



Overall, I had an exceptional experience as a first-time client of a professional mover. I would definitely use America's Moving Services again. Thanks again to Chris and Brian!!!

Great company to work with

I was asked to post a review on this website as this is the website that referred us to america's moving services several months ago. We have done 12 corporate relocations and the only issue we had was with one of those relocations and the truck was running 2 days behind schedule. Very honest company

I was impressed with this company because they did exactly what they said they would do. Michael my estimator came up with an estimate of 8750 lbs. for my move and told me that my price would increase if the weight was higher and decrease if it was lower. Well my weight waas lower by 900 lbs. and my price decreased as promised and I was surprised at the outcome and very happy to have found an honest company. The move went great and the delivery was very smooth as well. I could not have asked for a better move. I highly recommend this company.

My move was competed this last weekend and I am all moved in and am writing this review as requested by Eric from americas moving services. Eric was great with me over the phone and explained everything to me from our conversations he made me feel very secure using his company (he is the owner) and assured me that my move would be great. I have read many bad reviews about companies on different websites and had to make a decision and really he made me feel the most comforatable and out of the 20 or so quotes I recieved his was pretty reasonable. The move was great and the price didn't go up any from the estimate and the guys who did the move Jerry and his helper were great too. Everything arrived on Saturday and all was great. Once again, thanks for everything Eric and I will send you guys plenty of business and use you again if I move in the future.

I was referred to americas moving services via a yourmovingday.com agent and was asked to post a review on this website after my move. Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. Eric Witteborg my estimator was on the money with my weight estimate and actually over estimated my by 1,100 lbs. which was a pleasant surprise and the moving crew were extremely efficient and very professional both with packing my boxes and wrapping my furniture. Upon delivery I owed a littel less than anticipated due to my weight being under so I tipped the crew the rest. I really consider myself a lucky consumer and will 100% refer and recommend everyone and anyone I know to americas moving services. I hope this was a helpful review.

This is a brief thank you to yourmovingday and americas moving services for making my move easy and flawless. I contracted with americas moving services after finding yourmovingday on this particular website and could not have asked for a more professional and well organized company. This is my third move over the last 6 years and certainly not my last and for the next move I know who to call. The cost of the move was almost $3,000.00 less than the last moving company I used and that is the only thing that worried me but I am really glad I made the decision to move through them. Move from Maine to Nevada

My wife came across this website during our search for a moving company for our recent relocation from Maine to Nevada. We have had at least 10 moving quotes for the move and all of them were different prices based on the same weight. The most expensive was $15,700 with full packing and the least was $9,205 with full packing. We chose Americas moving services at $11,000 with full packing. Glad we made the choice because they had our belongings picked up last week,packed everything up and when the truck was weighed we were a little under the estimated weight and our c.o.d was less not by much but better than being more. Great job

Great move

I used a moving company that was recommended from this website (americas moving services) and was pleased with the outcome. My price was slightly higher than my moving estimate by $200.00 due to my weight being over but other than that the movers and customer service was really exceptional. I would suggest yourmovingday.com fro anyone looking for moving estimates or relocation quotes.

this website helped me decide on a moving company. i moved in december of last year and had a horrible experience with the moving company and was not looking forward to moving again but due to work i had no choice. I found this company on www.moverreviews.com and contacted them and they set me up with americas moving services out of south carolina. they gave me a fair quote and the movers were really professional and fast. i would definately use them again if i have to move and will refer other people to them.

I signed on yourmovingday for a moving quote in August and wound up reserving my moving estimate through americas moving services on August 7th for a pick up at my residence in Minnesota for August 15th. The crew arrived at 10am and packed all of our belongings and headed to our new home in Austin Texas and delivered us on August 21st. We were very pleased with the services throughout and would HIGHLY recommend yourmovingday and americas moving services for your relocation as they did a great job.
